4 in 8
What does that title mean? It means we rode 4 rides in the 8 hours that we were at Six Flags! We rode the Georgia Scorcher (you stand up the entire time... my feet never touched the floor, so I didn't like it very much), The Mindbender(my butt kept coming up out of the seat on that one), Thunder River (me and sil didn't even get wet) and the last ride of the day after a 2 hour wait in line was... Superman (you are on your stomach, well here's a better description from a website..."The Superman Ultimate Flight adventure begins as passengers board the sleek, 28-seat trains sitting four abreast. As the train exits the station, passengers tilt face-first into flying position, suspended from the track above. The anticipation builds as passengers, secured by specially designed over-the-shoulder restraints and lap bars, climb the 115-foot lift hill with nothing but a bird's eye view below. Upon take-off, the ride enters a series of sharp dives, high banked curves and spirals uniquely designed to enhance the flying experience.".
Since we didn't get to ride everything we wanted to, we are going back in a few weeks with the $9.99 second day tickets we got while we were there. This is going to be an 18 and over trip so we don't have to have chaperones to watch the little kids and we can do what we want. We are going to buy a little pager thingy that they offer now that lets you kind of skip to the front of the line. It pages you when its your turn to ride. It's only $10 and I am sure it is more than worth it!
Okay, it's 8:30 and I have to go take a shower and get ready for church, so have a great Sunday, ya'll!
